Tanya's personal enjoyment of Pilates and fitness exercising drove her to want to learn more. She completed a Dual Certificate IV in Fitness and Allied Health Assistance with Breathe Education, a registered training organization specializing in Pilates instructor training. Studies covered Pilates Reformer & Matwork, it also included postural assessment, anatomy and biomechanics, planning and delivering exercise programs, and working collaboratively with allied health and fitness professionals. Through her own practice, Tanya learned how Pilates could help improve posture & reduce back pain.
Tanya is a strong believer in life balance and well-being. As continually curious, since 2019 Tanya started her journey of creating a powerful change. She trained with James Tsakalos, NLP Prac and NLP Master, hypnosis training with Paul Mischel, and Hypnosis Without Trance apprenticeship with James Tripp.
She has always been committed to an active lifestyle and has been a keen sportswoman — Tanya has played table tennis for many years and won the Australian Corporate Games® 2004 Table Tennis Singles event.
